8 Interview Questions to Ask a Prospective Social Media Marketer

Hiring the right person for any position is key to running a successful business. That’s why it’s critical to ask all of the right questions during the interview process.

In this video, Entrepreneur Network partners Drew Johnson and Savannah Sanchez of 7Twelve Marketing go over eight important interview questions that you should be asking candidates for a social media marketing position.

In addition, customer service experience, teamwork and creativity are vital to a successful social media marketer. At the end of the interview, Johnson and Sanchez recommend asking a silly question to break the ice. “If you were an animal, what animal would you be?” Johnson suggests.
