NEW YORK, Sept. 1 (UPI) — Andi Dorfman says she hopes Nick Viall will find love on the new season of The Bachelor.
The 29-year-old television personality wished her former suitor well in a tweet Wednesday after Viall was announced as the Season 21 Bachelor the day previous.
“Congrats, Nick. It’s been a long road but you’ve always been genuine and real about wanting to find love. Now it’s your turn! Best of luck,” she wrote.

Dorfman had chosen Josh Murray over Viall while starring on The Bachelorette Season 10. Viall, a 35-year-old software sales executive, was the runner-up again on The Bachelorette Season 11 with Kaitlyn Bristowe.
Viall had famously revealed that he slept with Dorfman on the Season 10 After the Final Rose special. Dorfman later responded by warning Bristowe to stay away from Viall during Season 11.
“One word…. run! Okay two… run fast! #TheBachelorette,” Dorfman tweeted in June 2015. “Really wishing I had the superpower of reaching through my TV right now.”
Dorfman and Murray had gotten engaged on the Bachelorette Season 10 finale but called it quits in January 2015. Dorfman previously appeared on The Bachelor Season 18 with Juan Pablo Galavis but left the competition.
