Bodybuilder does push-ups while balancing on weights

WASHINGTON, July 1 (UPI) — An American bodybuilder showed off both his strength and his balance by performing a set of push-ups while positioned on top of several vertical weight plates.

Matt Arnold shared a video to his Instagram page showing him pushing himself off the ground and onto a set of six weight plates to perform plyometric clapping push-ups.

Two weights can be seen placed beneath each of Arnold’s feet while his hands each rest on one weight.

Arnold pushes himself up off the weight after performing each repetition and claps while in the air before landing on the weight.
