Tom Cruise allegedly hasn’t seen Suri in three years. It’s been reported ad nauseam that the actor’s strong ties to Scientology has largely kept him from seeing his 10-year-old daughter that he shares with ex-wife, Katie Holmes.
Page Six reports that its source asserted if Tom wanted to see his daughter bad enough, he could.

Since Holmes and Suri are non-believers of Scientology, Tom has purportedly had nothing to do with his little girl.
“If he wanted to see her, he could see her,” the source said. “Even people in prison have a right to see their children.”
Page Six notes in its report that Katie Holmes’ spokeswoman, Leslie Sloane, had no comment, and Tom Cruise’s publicists hasn’t responded.
Suri lives with her mother in Manhattan and attends school there. She’s to be very smart and well-behaved.
“She’s thriving. She’s got lots of friends and a nice, normal life. This is his loss, his issue, his problem,” the site’s source said. “He must be really brainwashed.”
There have been reports that Cruise has “abandoned” his daughter, but he sued In Touch’s parent company, Bauer Publishing, 2012 for publishing the story. It was a $50 million defamation suit that was settled in 2013 on confidential terms with each side paying its own legal fees.
