Drake Still Tops, Ariana Grande Settles For No. 2 On The Billboard 200

For the first time in her short career, Ariana Grande misses the no. 1 spot on the Billboard 200.  Grande’s third album, Dangerous Woman, settles for no. 2 behind Drake’s seemingly unstoppable Views.  Views once more WASN’T the top selling album – neither was Dangerous Woman for that matter – but continues to thrive off streams and track sales, hence beating Dangerous Woman on the Billboard 200.  Views moved 189,000 units compared to Dangerous Woman’s 175,000 units.  Drake’s sales only comprised of 26% of his overall totals, while Grande’s sales comprised a stronger 74%.  To reiterate, neither Drake or Ariana Grade had the week’s top-selling` album, which makes this week’s chart so unique.  Blake Shelton’s If I’m Honest actually sold the most albums, hence like Beyoncé’s Lemonade last week, tops the Top Album Sales chart, formerly the chart named the Billboard 200.
