Bethenny Frankel Calls Out Jules Wainstein: She Doesn’t Own A Manhattan Apartment

Bethenny Frankel decided it would be appropriate to talk about Jules Wainstein’s construction site and Hamptons home, even though she wasn’t asked about her opinion. Frankel was shocked that the family would be living in the home, especially since they had smaller kids. Frankel was surprised when Jules said that her home would take years to complete. According to a new report, Bethenny Frankel is now calling Jules out for talking about money and where the money comes from.

“I am a quality versus quantity person. I’m blessed to live in a beautiful, desirable area of the Hamptons right near the beach. As everyone knows, when purchasing real estate, the value of a property is first determined by the location, not the size of your house. I was broke less than a decade ago, so that is what I have done with my “new” money. Either way, my money is mine, earned by me, not my husband, and not given to me by my parents,” Bethenny Frankel reveals, sharing that she’s very proud of everything she’s done.

Plus, Frankel reveals that Jules doesn’t have a home in New York. While she does live there, she’s apparently renting a place. At least that’s what Bethenny claims.

“I’m not sure what Jules means in her constant size comparisons, because she doesn’t own an apartment in Manhattan. I clarified this week that living in a 9600 sq ft construction site for nine years would give me anxiety,” Frankel explains.

It sounds like Frankel just wants Jules to know that just because people live in small homes in Manhattan doesn’t mean they don’t have money. It’s a choice for them to not flaunt their money with a big home in the Hamptons and a construction site.
