Tori Spelling celebrated her tenth wedding anniversary — and third proposal in Europe — after her stay in a Paris hospital last week.

Tori and her husband, Dean McDermott, marked their tenth wedding anniversary and upcoming vow renewal with their kids at the Palace of Versailles in France.

Us reports that entire family then went to Versailles for a photo shoot to commemorate the big occasion.

The family dressed in vintage-inspired outfits from French boutique Les Suites. Spelling and McDermott kissed each other on the palace steps, looked deep into each others eyes, and walked together holding hands in front of the golden gates. Their children wore matching colors and accessories.

McDermott first proposed to the former “90210” star on Christmas Eve in 2005 and they wed in May 2006. Only one year after that, he proposed to Spelling again on Christmas Day 2006.

While in France, McDermott proposed to his love in front of the the Cafe de L’homme.

“Dean planned it with the owners of Cafe de L’homme overlooking the Eiffel Tower and all of Paris to have the terrace all reserved and private for us and told me we were going to get coffee and hot chocolates for the kids and then surprised me when he got down on one knee and presented me with an antique engagement ring,” Spelling told Eonline. “The four kids and I were so surprised and so happy. It’s been a rough few years and this was a perfect family moment for unity and love!”

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott plan to celebrate their tenth anniversary in May by renewing their vows.

Last week Tori was admitted to the hospital for a severe illness. It was learned that she was fighting bronchial pneumonia. Radaronline reported that the family was unable to leave until she was better.
