Cas boss Daryl Powell said the 58-16 loss to Hull KR was one of the “worst performances” he has been involved in

St Helens scored four of their five tries after the break as they came from behind to win at Castleford.

The 2014 Super League champions were twice behind before finally seeing off depleted Castleford at the Jungle.

Joe Greenwood scored two of their tries, while Jonny Lomax followed up his two tries on his comeback against Leeds with Saints’ final try.

Kyle Amor and Shannion McDonnnell were also on the scoresheet, while Luke Walsh kicked five goals.

Cas head coach Daryl Powell made three changes following last week’s heavy defeat by Hull KR. and was rewarded with a much better performance.

They scored four tries through Joel Monaghan, Denny Solomona, Mike McMeeken and Jy Hitchcox, while Luke Gale kicked two goals.
