Cary Deuber is learning that it is tough to be in the spotlight, as she’s working her way through her first season on The Real Housewives of Dallas. Deuber is married to her third husband and he’s a doctor. But when they met one another, he was a bigger guy and on the show, Cary revealed that they weren’t hooking up when he was a bigger guy. But it wasn’t because of his weight that he wasn’t getting any from her. According to a new report, Cary Deuber is now setting the record straight about where the misunderstanding happened.
“I don’t know what inspired him to lose 80 pounds, maybe my magical junk,” she said in the episode. “It’s not like we were doing it when he was fat.” After the episode aired, Cary got plenty of backlash and she revealed to Bravo that a misunderstanding took place.
“It’s funny how you perceive what people will think versus what they actually do think,” Cary revealed about her husband, adding, “I was speaking about my husband on one of the previous episodes and I’m so proud of him; he lost 80 pounds. Actually prior to us getting together, he lost about 60 or 70. And I said, ‘It wasn’t like we were doing it when he was fat.’ But what I meant was, ‘It wasn’t like we were doing it when he was married.’ I would have slept with him fat, skinny, whatever, but not married. And I did get a lot of hate about that, people thinking that I was fat shaming or saying something bad, and that wasn’t at all my intention.”
These days, Cary’s husband Mark is a healthy weight and he does seem more comfortable in his skin. And one can imagine that Cary is thrilled that her husband is happy and healthy.
