You haven’t heard the last of Susan Boyle!
The frumpy Scottish singer who shot to fame on Britain’s Got Talent had quite the heated show down with police at Heathrow airport earlier today.
The 55-year-old was taken away by cops after an epic meltdown at the London airport. Apparently police were called into the British Airways lounge after the “I Dreamed A Dream” singer got into a huge fight with a member of the staff.
Page Six reported that a witness said: “She looked confused and was shouting: ‘I’ve done nothing wrong, I’ve done nothing wrong’ repeatedly.'”
The witness continued, “There was a massive commotion and everyone was looking at her. Nobody knows what started the argument, but I was told it was something small that spiraled out of control. The cops looked pretty concerned as she was all over the place. They eventually took her away.”
Boyle, who became in international singing star in 2009, was at the airport in hoped of making her flight back to her home in Glasgow, Scotland.
A spokesman for the singer said, “Susan is currently recovering and on her way home to Scotland by other means.”
This isn’t her first problem she’s had an airport. Earlier this month, she shouted “Help me” at Derry Airport in Northern Ireland. Before that in 2010, she made a scene at the VIP lounge at Heathrow Airport when she danced around and then grabbed a mop and sang into it.
At the time British Airways staff tried to calm her down, consequently the singer started yelling, “I’ve escaped, I’ve escaped.”
Maybe Susan should stop flying the friendly skies since plane travel does not seem to agree with her!
