At least 12 people have been killed and dozens wounded by a suicide bomber targeting police recruits in Jalalabad, eastern Afghanistan, officials say.
The bomber reportedly targeted a bus carrying students from the police academy.
Unconfirmed reports said the attacker had used a rickshaw to conceal the explosives.
Taliban militants have previously targeted police and government officials in Jalalabad.
The city is the capital of Nangarhar province, where two districts are controlled, or at least influenced, by the so-called Islamic State.
