Scheana Shay has been in the reality television world for quite some time, as Vanderpump Rules isn’t the first rodeo. In fact, Shay made a brief appearance on The Hills and she’s now revealing that there are many differences between the once very popular reality show from MTV and her role on Vanderpump Rules. According to a new tweet, Scheana Shay is now revealing that what people see on Vanderpump Rules is very real.
“When you were briefly on ‘The Hills’ was the whole Stacy Spencer storyline scripted or real?” one person wrote to Scheana, who once made an appearance on The Hills. And surprisingly, The Hills and Vanderpump Rules are nowhere near alike if you ask Shay. “The whole show was scripted lol,” she revealed about The Hills, adding about Vanderpump Rules, “ I wish I could say so to excuse some behavior but ours is the real deal! Too much natural drama. No need to script!”
Of course, Scheana has dealt with some serious issues on this season of the show. Her husband, Mike Shay, has been dealing with some serious addiction issues and he is finally coming out on the other side. He’s been sober for a few months and it sounds like Shay is proud of him.
But it would be weird for them to fake this kind of story line for the show and it sounds like everything that was shared on Vanderpump Rules was indeed very real. Plus, Jax Taylor’s arrest in Hawaii was also very real, as he had to fly back to be sentenced in court. He received a year’s probation and he needs to stay out of trouble for a whole year. If he does this, his record will be wiped clean.
What do you think of Scheana Shay’s comments that Vanderpump Rules isn’t scripted, but that The Hills was very much scripted?
