Shaun Maloney and Steven Whittaker have been called up to Scotland’s squad for Tuesday’s home friendly with Denmark.

But goalkeeper David Marshall has had to pull out of the squad with pneumonia.

Coach Gordon Strachan had named two squads for the games against the Czechs and the Danes.

Steven Fletcher was named in both and though he pulled out of the 1-0 win in Prague, he is available for Tuesday’s match at Hampden.

Whittaker and Norwich team-mate Steven Naismith withdrew from the squad before Thursday’s match. Naismith has a hamstring injury while Whittaker’s wife had been due to give birth.

Defender Paul Caddis, who made his senior international as a substitute in Prague, and uncapped goalkeeper Scott Bain – an unused substitute on Thursday – have been added to the squad to face Denmark.
