Hulk Hogan has been awarded $115 million in his sex tape lawsuit against Gawker Media — and it’s not over yet!

In 2012 the gossip website posted a video of the former wrestler having sex with the wife of his former best friend, DJ Bubba The Love Sponge Clem, who allegedly recorded the video, but it has never been determined who actually leaked it. Hogan, whose given name is Terry Bollea, sued Gawker for $100 million, contending that it violated his privacy.

Bollea’s legal team argued that they had a case because Hogan didn’t consent to the video, Gawker didn’t follow typical journalistic procedures prior to posting it and the video itself wasn’t newsworthy. “This is a victory for everyone who has had their privacy violated,” Hogan’s attorney, David Houston, said.

The jury awarded Hogan $60 million for emotional distress and $55 million for economic damages, and they will meet on Monday to consider punitive damages.
