Is Andi Dorfman returning to ABC as the next Bachelorette? A year after her split with Josh Murray, Andi talked about her obsession with the show, her weakness for pro-athletes, and how finding love on TV was both an emotional and fun experience.

Andi told ET! that she never watched the Bachelor or Bachelorette before her season and didn’t watch her journey to find (temporary) love either. Now she admits she is “obsessed” with the show and is a “cult follower,” tuning in to watch Ben Higgins every Monday night.
Currently living in New York City, the 28-year-old is still single and has been busy preparing for the release her new tell-all book, It’s Not Okay: Turning Heartbreak into Happily Never After, in the spring.
Will she return to TV to find Mr. Right or will Andi continue to look for love without the cameras rolling?
Fans won’t know for sure who gets the gig as ABC’s leading lady until after Ben’s season ends in mid-March. The show’s creator, Mike Fleiss, revealed last month that they are hoping to cast a diverse Bachelorette, so that may count Andi out and put current cast member Caila Quinn or the recently eliminated Jubilee Sharpe at the top of the list.
Even if the network decides to go with someone other than one of Ben’s girls, Andi has yet to comment on whether she would even consider going back for round two. However, if she was offered a second chance, it’s likely she would demand that all of the guys be professional athletes.
Dorfman attended the ESPN Super Bowl 50 event in San Francisco on Friday and told ET that athletes are her weakness, although that didn’t work out so well with Josh Murray, a former pro baseball player.
“There are a lot of athletes [here], which happens to be my weakness, I’m not gonna lie. I’m excited to just get in there and have fun.”
Would you like to see Andi return as the Bachelorette or do you think someone from Ben’s season should get the gig?
