Bachelor in Paradise stars Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert’s wedding will be televised on on Valentine’s Day, but the stars will already be married when the show airs on ABC — their wedding is being filmed this weekend and the couple is already prepping for their big day along with a several members of the Bachelor family.
Where is the wedding being filmed, which Bachelor stars will attend the wedding, and is Jade’s dog Pippa part of the ceremony? Here’s the latest scoop on the “Janner” nuptials that will air on the upcoming Bachelor 20th Anniversary TV special.
Jade and Tanner, who currently live in Kansas, have been dropping not-to-subtle hints on social media that they are just hours away from filming their wedding — and it looks like Jade’s dog, Pippa will be part of the celebration. The reality stars, who got engaged last summer while filming Bachelor in Paradise, have been getting the royal treatment today, including a trip to the spa for manis and pedis. And yes, Pippa was there.
According to Reality Steve, the ceremony will be filmed this weekend in Dana Point, California, but which day they will tie the knot is still unknown.
The guest list is fairly easy to figure out. Fans can expect to see Bachelor Ben Higgins to make an appearance along with Jade’s good friend Carly Waddell. Reality Steve also expects to see Jared Haibon, Ben Zorn, Chris Strandburg, Juelia Kinney and Clare Crawley at the wedding and it’s a Bachelor event without Sean and Catherine Lowe, Trista and Ryan Sutter, and Jason and Molly Mesnick.
What about Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth? While many fans were hoping to see their wedding on TV, they recently announced on Bachelor Live that they have not set a wedding date yet. The couple will be in L.A. this weekend promoting Shawn’s new “healthy meals” business at the Fit Expo, so count on seeing them at Jade and Tanner’s wedding.
Although ABC has yet to confirm the exact time, it appears that Jade and Tanner’s wedding is part of a Bachelor 20th Anniversary special.
Paradise cast member Ashley Iaconetti recently tweeted out information about a live viewing party for the Bachelor TV special that airs on Valentine’s Day, so it looks like the network is combining Jade and Tanner’s wedding with a look back at 20 seasons of guys going on helicopter dates.
