‘Bachelor’ Spoilers Episode 3: Three Girls Go Home, Big News For Lace, Olivia Makes A Bad Move With Ben

Ben Higgins Bachelor

Who does Bachelor Ben Higgins send home on Monday night and which girl packs up and leaves during the cocktail party? The competition to win the final rose heats up on January 18, with 12 girls going on a group date, two girls snagging one-on-one dates with Ben, and three contestants dateless on Week 3.

Here are this week’s spoilers and news about a special guest who will appear on tonight’s Bachelor Live show at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.

Who Gets A Date With Ben This Week?

Three girls will be left without a date this week — Becca, Caila, and JoJo.

Group Date: Ben picks 12 girls for a soccer date this week that includes two guest stars — Alex Morgan and Kelly O’Hara from the World Cup Champion U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team. The girls will split up into teams and compete for extra time with Ben at an after-party.

The girls picked for this week’s group date are Haley, Rachel, Jen, Olivia, Leah, Amber, and Lauren H., Amanda, Shushanna, Lace, Jami and Emily.

The winning team includes Jami, Olivia, Leah, Lace, Amber, and Haley. The competition on the field isn’t a bad as the craziness that ensues at the after-party, especially when Olivia Caridi gives off the vibe that she’s Ben’s final pick.

Although she thinks she’s “winning” by spending time with Ben in a hotel room, it appears that he thinks otherwise. He gives the group date rose to Amber.

One-On-One Dates

Lauren Bushnell finally gets some alone time with Ben. They enjoy the first airplane ride of the season (what? not a helicopter!?) and spend time in a hot tub in what looks like an empty field. Ben looks completely at ease with Lauren and she appears to be a no-drama contestant. This could be one of the reasons why she gets a rose and is rumored to make it to the final three this season.

Jubilee Sharpe scores the second one-on-one date this week. According to ABC’s previews, it’s a spa date and they actually eat some of the food that’s out on a table. However, sushi isn’t Jubilee’s food so she spits it out and tells Ben that she prefers hot dogs. Sexual innuendo, much? Ben gives Jubilee a rose and claims he likes hot dogs, too.

Who Goes Home At The Week 3 Rose Ceremony?

Three girls will leave this week, but Reality Steve‘s spoilers indicate that one will leave before the rose ceremony begins. Drama-queen Lace Morris packs her bags and leaves the show after “butting heads” with Ben. That means no more drunk-girl talk this season? That’s a shame, but stay tuned — Lace will appear on tonight’s Bachelor Live show and there’s another bonus. Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss revealed earlier in the week that Lace is heading to Bachelor in Paradise this summer.

There’s no big shocker at the rose ceremony tonight. Ben gives out 14 roses and sends Shushanna Mkrtychyan and Jami Letain home.

The next episode of The Bachelor airs on Monday, January 25. The traveling will finally get underway and fans will see Becca in a wedding dress in Vegas next week and more Olivia drama.

Watch the Bachelor at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
