About 1,500 people were killed in the aftermath of disputed polls in 2007
Kenya’s President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy have been named in connection with post-election violence in a long-awaited report investigating human rights abuses in the country.
The report gave no recommendation for action to be taken against Mr Kenyatta and Vice-President William Ruto.

Carlton Cole to leave West Ham
Striker Carlton Cole will leave West Ham United this summer after the club decided not to renew his contract.
The 29-year-old has spent seven seasons at Upton Park but struggled for form this season, scoring only twice.

agreed a fee to sign Andy Carroll on a permanent deal.

Report: Fox News records seized
The New Yorker’s Ryan Lizza has uncovered more details about the Justice Dept.’s investigation into the former State Dept. contractor who is accused of leaking classified information to James Rosen, the Fox News reporter.
According to Lizza, the Justice Dept. also seized phone records of numbers associated with two White House staffers and at least five Fox News reporters.

SAP touts service that sells customer data from phone firms
Verizon Wireless already sells its customers’ mobile data to marketers. Now European enterprise-software giant SAP is taking things a step further by testing a service that will sell data collected by a number of wireless providers.

More storms on the way, tornadoes possible across swath of US
An area stretching from the lower Great Lakes to the Tennessee Valley was expected to be hit by severe thunderstorms on Wednesday, forecasters warned.
The National Weather Service said that the “primary threats” would be damaging winds and large hail, but added “isolated tornadoes will also be possible.”
“Farther south, Tuesday night thunderstorms could continue into Wednesday morning with some damaging winds and hail,” it said.

Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says he will contest the disqualification of his ally Esfandiar Rahim Mashaei from next month’s presidential poll.
Mr Mashaei and ex-president Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani have been excluded by the Guardian Council, which vets election candidates.
The eight men cleared to stand are all considered conservatives.

SAP believes people with autism can give it an advantage
German software company SAP says it hopes to recruit hundreds of people with autism, saying they have a unique talent for information technology.
The firm said that by 2020, 1% of its global workforce of 65,000 employees would be people with autism.
