FORT HOOD, Texas (Reuters) – The trial of a U.S. Army psychiatrist accused of killing 13 people in a shooting rampage at Fort Hood, Texas, in 2009 will be delayed by at least a month and start in early August, a military judge ruled on Tuesday.

‘Let doctors in to Guantánamo’, say medics
More than 150 doctors, including from the US, have signed an open letter to Barack Obama, urging him to allow Guantánamo detainees access to independent medical examinations and advice.

During Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s whirlwind Asia tour, he stopped by the offices of Samsung this week for a quick meeting with the company’s president, Shin Jong Kyun.
